This is a grant funded position which will begin on 08/01/18 and go through 01/31/2019, with the possibility of 1 year
grant extension.

This position will remain open until filled however an initial review of applications will begin on 06/01/18.

Working hours:

Monday-Friday; 20 hours per week.
Some evening/weekends as needed.

Position Purpose

This position will assist in the coordination of the Green Dot program. The purpose of Green Dot is to reduce power based personal violence by utilizing three key strategies; social marketing , overview speeches and bystander intervention training.

Education & Formal Training
Other Education & Formal Training

Bachelor’s degree in college student personnel, health education, public health, counseling, communications or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing

Experience in presentation skills required; volunteer, practicum, internship accepted.

Experience in bystander intervention skills training preferred.

Certified Green Dot facilitator preferred.

Certified Reciprocal Prevention Specialist (CRPS) or Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred.
