Position Purpose

Make minor repairs and replacements to plumbing systems, lines, pipes, and fixtures. Under general supervision, provide routine maintenance on electric motors, shaft bearings, and gas reducers; lube or oil equipment; inspect equipment; clean equipment; and, make adjustments to equipment.

1. Six months experience in the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems required.

Mechanical aptitude, including ability to make general building repairs and knowledge of construction methods.

Ability to read and understand blue prints, diagrams, and sketches.
